# Event List

The event list is a description of the running order, containing detailed information for every event

#### 1) Event List Menu 

The event list menu contains the following actions:

* **Collapse all -** Collapse all events
* **Expand all** - Expand all events
* **Lock cursor to current** - The cursor (pink outline) will always follow the currently running event (green highlight)

#### 2) Event List items

In the events menu, there are the following actions:

* **Make Public -** This event will be public and show in public screens (such as [public info](/ontime-v1-old/views/public-info.md))
* **Add below** - Add an event below
* **Delete** - Delete current event
